I’m Karen, a registered nurse with a background in cardiac medicine, where I first developed a deep interest in heart health. During my nursing residency, I saw firsthand how much patients struggled with their heart health—and I wanted to do more than just treat symptoms.

My passion for nutrition began when I experienced the benefits of changing my own diet. I had more energy, felt better, back pain disappeared and wanted to share that with others. I started teaching patients simple, practical ways to eat healthier at the bedside—and the results were incredible. Many shared back how much better they felt and how their health numbers improved.

That inspired me to go back to school and become both a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified Plant-Based Chef. Now, I combine my medical background with the healing power of food to help people build lasting, heart-healthy habits.

Today, I specialize in helping people take control of their blood pressure, cholesterol, and long-term health—one simple step at a time.
